Big store with plenty to choose from. Friendly staff who didn't pressure.Some price tickets were hard to read and a bit chaotic. No space between a lot of the items in the furniture section could prove difficult for some accessibility dependent customers.

Bought vacuum cleaner online. Ready pick up next day. Very quick transaction did not have to get out of car. Just sent txt parked car in designated spot front of store, person put product in boot. Easy

This shop has a great range of products. They are well equipped to handle all your electrical goods needs (whitegoods) but they also have an extensive range of cameras,comps. laptops and TVs. On the other side of the coin, they also sell a huge tange of household furnishings that range from bedroom suits/furniture and lounges through to BBQs and outdoor settings. They are always worth looking at for comparative and competitive prices.

A lesson in ensuring you are across returns/refunds/replacement policies.Unfortunately a vacuum I had purchased broke a part rendering it unusable on the first day of use. This store's policy consists of, no replacements or refunds unless your product can not be repaired within a reasonable time (unclear on what this is) or has a major fault. For reference, my $600 vacuum is considered an expensive purchase and therefore unable to be replaced on the spot.Positives: the team were able to repair the minor" issue themselves in store by taking a part off the on floor model and placing it on mine. So in theory I have a repaired item
