AFA Air have been brilliant to work with. After a less than great experience with another company looking for a quick win and total unit replacement, they came out to assess and diagnose the actual problem quickly and effectively. They were able to assist navigate through insurance paperwork and requirements, ordering parts and booking in the repair as quickly as possible.Communication was easy and effective. After being told we would need to replace our whole unit by the first company, to halving our costs with a straightforward repair, completely covered by our home insurance, we couldn't be happier!The technician Phil was great in explaining what our problem was and respectful of our home and space when completing repairs.Thank you to the AFA Air team!

I could not fault this business. Professional and lovely team, excellent product and such reasonable prices when I compared to competitors. Their install team were incredibly tidy too. I would highly recommend this company.

AFA installed a ducted reverse cycle system (Daikin) into our home and did an excellent job. It was a difficult install inside a very tight roof space but they were happy to take on the challenge. The whole process was very professional and the installers were on time, polite and left the house tidy afterwards. I would definitely recommend AFA.

What a wonderful bunch of people they are down at AFA Air Conditioning!Sally in the office, who I dealt with from the get go was so helpful and accommodating. Especially when I had to move our appointment on they day it was due. Sorted it out for us, no problem. Her bright personality and wicked sense of humour shone through and made it all the more fun to deal with her.When it came to billing, it was emailed to us, and paid online. So very easy. And we were really happy with the fee.Our technician Adrian, was a treat. Very professional, on time, easy going, explained what had to be done and what he was doing to fix it, was in and out before we knew it. And may I add, quite handsome. AND he got along with our dog Ralph so easily. If you can win over Ralph, then you’re ok in our books.The whole experience from start to finish was just great. Thanks guys!

Never in my life have I experienced someone as arrogant and unprofessional as the owner Reuben Kelley. We had ducted air installed in our new home 6 months ago. It was very noisy for 4 months then completely died. They sent out a technician who fiddled about in the roof for an hour then said it was a fuse and it was fixed. It wasn't. I rang Mr Kelley and he said that he wouldn't send someone else out, we just were not using the controls properly". Completely perplexed my husband and I went in to AFA air and spoke to Mr Kelley where a heated exchange occurred and he slammed the door in our face. He is now refusing to send someone out to fix it or honour our warranty. We had another company come and look and they said the wiring was installed too close to bathroom fan which was why it had stopped working (wiring was completely severed

We are very happy with the work and help received! From the first initial response to our issue, to sending out the technician as well as through out the process of ordering and receiving needed parts. They kept us updated on the trackage of items, even during this difficult and uncertain time.Very happy with the professional approach and customer-company relation!

AFA air is a great company. We had quite a complex airconditioning system installed in our new home; a combination between split systems and ducted. Staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The costs were very reasonable but above all: the system is perfect. Both the cooling and the heating is very pleasant, not your typical uber-dry air like int he old systems, but a very pleasant temperature in the house. I would fully recommend them to anybody looking for a new airco system.

Wouldn’t recommend AFA Air to anyone. Install of aircon was installed by extremely unprofessional technician that took keys to our house for two weeks without permission and was uncontactable. It’s now been 2 months since install and we are still chasing the company to complete repairs of holes they left in our ceiling and wall in our new home after installing aircon wrong. Office reps and owners of the company just play the name game - don’t use this company.
