What wonderful vets! Extremely caring and attentive. We’ve been to a couple of vets around Mermaid Beach and we wouldn’t go anywhere else after VetLove! Thanks so much for taking such great care and providing great advice for our two dogs.

Contacted VL after my dog had not been responding to the initial diagnosis from a previous visit. Vet love employee told me they were too busy to book him in until the next week which was fine as I said it wasn’t an emergency and was managing his symptoms. She then Told me I could bring him in and he would get seen to in between other consults,so we dropped him off. VL then charged me a day hospital stay. For a 3 hour stay. (Effectively told my partner I was lying )telling her I was very concerned with my dogs condition. Also , Make sure you ask them to check if your dog is up to date with worming vacs etc as they will message you shortly after your visit to bring your pet back in and charge another consult fee. Very transactional won’t be back!!

Vet Love have been absolutely amazing! We adopted our girl Rosie a year ago. Being 7 years old when we adopted her, we knew we needed a great vet so we can take the best care we can of her in her later years. The staff are always super friendly and attentive and we love the monthly VIP as well. Rosie says thank you!
