The service is great and the staff are always happy to help. I don't eat meat very often but when I do this place has really fantastic quality meats and seafood at a great price, and a lot of ethical options as well.They have a lot of special items for my Thai cooking like marrow bone an blood jelly. They accspt card. remember to bring your loyalty card and bags. :)

The staff here is getting super rude. Rejected me to use membership card once due to busy business. Didn’t gave me receipt. This time i had to yell 5mins for getting a receipt, and the lady was busy to serving other customers. No service at all!!! Not go!!!

Meat is fresh value for price. only thing I found was a hair in one of my meat bags.hopfully they can wear hats to avoid it happening again.

First experience was great, fresh seafood. However, second experience, the seafood was not fresh at all. Got home and noticed the fish had a very pronounced fishy scent and was sticky. Will not visit again.

Terrible service. I feel I owe the staff a million when she served me and I shouldn't ask or say a word but get out. However the quality of meat is good overall.

Second time buying oysters from this place. The first time the oysters were nice and fresh but not this time. Quite disappointing. Ended up throwing them out because they had a weird smell and all looked dirty. Not buying from them again.

It is the best meat and fish store in BURWOOD. The staffs are very helpful and the young manager is really really nice. My parents only stay in Sydney like 10 days in every 3 months and the manager always remember them, and be so nice and friendly to them to make them feel like home in Sydney. And every time I go there, if the manager is here, he always help me to get the fresh crabs. Since this store opens, I rarely go to other seafood place in the area.
