Terrible experience. Took my money and then a no-show. They didn’t show up at the arranged time and made no effort to make contact. I have had no communication from them since. Hopefully Chaney will honour his agreement and then I will change this review.

Thief ! Absolutely thief. Lying to a women !Took 1000 from us. Never returned a cent. Claims to give our money every week. Messages my wife a date every week. When i asked he says will give your lousy 1000 back. All talk ! Claims to be a humble and a good citizen. Do not approach this guy . Lets see if he keeps his words and pays us back. Im sure there are others who are looking for him as well. Mr Chaney grow up and man up !

Organised a move two weeks prior to required date with Chaney. Tried to confirm closer to the date, but phone call was not answered. Tried to call several times on organised day of move, but again phone was not answered.Was stood up for move and have heard nothing from them since.Have had to reorganise move for later date with another company.

Chaney provided an excellent service in relocating my household from Helensburgh to Wagga. From the quote stage, to planning, organising, loading and delivery. He also factored in collection of new white goods and electrical and assembled with the help of Jared and his tools a 1910 French Armoire that stands 2.5metres high. Let me tell you it was seriously complicated and they never gave up. Prior to the move Chaney also collected a beautiful table from an apartment building as a one-off item at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend for local and country moves, as well as individual items that are hard to move. 5 stars all the way

The boys helped me move today. Most of my heavy stuff was up 2 sets of stairs. They were super friendly & efficient. I will 100% be recommending them to everyone I know who is moving. I am super happy with the service I received today from Gibbs Removals. Quick replies from Rhiannon in customer service as well!
