very unprofessional rude and arrogant. The made hand prnts all around front windscreen all down the front guards and even in the middle of the bonnet of my vf Maloo. I will never go back

Nice waiting room while you wait to get the job done.Free tea and coffee.Excellent job changing my windscreen.Setting up the car cameras for the cruise control took longer than expected. But each car has it's quirks

I would have given it 4 stars but in not being able to contact Salisbury Branch direct is a minus for me. Instead one is provided with a generic number waiting excessively long.A call back is not always suitable either.Gone so it seems are the days when one could talk direct. Important things such as this gone down hill.

Hard to believe this branch is still in business . RAA had my car booked in for a complete windscreen replacement some idiot there decides its a chip forget what RAA said . I travel two and half hours to get this job done just to get told they didn't book in enough time ?? Come back and make another appointment next week so expect me drive 5 hours and expect me come back next week lol. Funny found out from RAA they didn't even have a windscreen there and and was sent to Marion branch and fixed it straight away ...STAY AWAY no customer service at all not even a sorry unbelievable

First class service, staff were friendly, I had to get a new windscreen, so had to wait a couple of hours. There was tea, coffee, hot chocolate , biscuits, pastry etc and a comfortable lounge and 2 lounge chairs to wait around in.The crew doing the screen was efficient, fantastic service peopke and faster than first thought.All up, the experience was great, I would recommend their place at Salisbury, although I'm assuming all of their other places, would be the same . Would definitely recommend their services.
