Nightmare! All set for a third interview and the recruiter ghosted me. Even after 3 attempts to contact over 7 weeks, still no reply or clarity on what happened to the role. The lack of communication really is unacceptable.

The experience of contracting through NGO Recruitment was a good one for me. Professional, friendly and efficient is how I would describe them. In particular Debbie, the consultant who handled my contract, knew her job perfectly. Cheerful, no-fuss, let's-get-going kind of attitude that I appreciated. We kept in communication during the contract, I was kept informed and I felt my time and skills were recognised and valued. Temping can be stressful but it wasn't for me through NGO.

If I could give 6 stars I would! Had such an amazing experience with Rebecca Gill and the NGO team. I had to make some difficult decisions with regards to my employment and Rebecca was there every step of the way. As a candidate you just want honest and clear advice from someone you trust, and it was also reassuring to hear that the employer had been using them for many years and shared a great relationship with them too. I’ll definitely be going back to NGO the next time I’m on the hunt for a job!
