Servicetec came in and quoted over $1000 for a service that i recently paid $430 for, they over charged spare part up to 250% of the cost, the technician who came in for the service call out also damaged the inner door on my washer. Waste of $165 and timeDont bother using them, check the brand of your washer and call them directly to find the right service provider

Servicetec were very responsive and fast and reasonably priced and were able to fix my dryer in one visit. The tech was lovely too. I highly recommend them

Waste of money. We were charged $190 for service and the machine was not even fixed. Original quote was estimated at $165 + cost of required parts. However, they later charged an additional hourly rate which was no disclosed during the fee request. $190 down the drain.

1. Contacted servicetec, they came out quickly, call out was paid, said they required new parts2. new parts arrived accepted quote and they attempted to fix with new parts, paid quote, upon leaving washing machine failed anyway. tech came back out to try and resolve but couldnt, told a new washing machine is required3. after spending $165(callout)+$433(repair) they told me i need a new washing machine.4. asked for them to refund me for the repair only as it was a poor advice on their part during the $165 call out that i repair rather than replace.5. going to Fair trading, and will update6. personally i would stay away from my experience

There has been delayed with the parts ordered to fix the stove which stretch to 4 weeks.However the girl I spoke to at Servicetec is helpful and most importantly understand my frustration for the delay. When the part arrives she actively contacted me and book in a technician to come to my place straight away.

I am very angry with whoever it was that came to look at my dryer. And I would like a refund of the $165 I paid when it wasn't even fixed.I have since had it looked at and repaired. After being shown what the problem was, I am stunned that the person who came to see me did not pick it up. He should be sacked! Even to me, I could see what the problem was. And it was very evident that the sides had been taken off as the incorrect screws were used to put them back on again, so he cannot say that he didn't see the problem, it was right there in front of him! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.I wouldn't recommend this company if they were the last place on earth.

In case you miss the $165 call out fee on the website, they wont remind you about it over the phone or make mention of the $165 call out fee in the reminder text. When you call them the response is Oh. *silence* Well they don't come out for free." No apology. No acknowledgement. RUDE. I am fully aware nobody attends a job for free but how about a reminder? I would have booked another day or shopped around. Purposely omitting information in the hope that a customer misses seeing it on the website is disgusting

I would definitely not use this company's services again.I had a technician from this company respond to my call to repair an ignitor in Sep 2021. The technician came by just to check, drilled a hole in my stove top, turned off the switch and said he would come back with the replacement part. That costed me $165.3 months later, I had not heard back. I called the company again about the same stovetop, and they said the technician had not provided the model number so they could not order the parts. They said I had to pay for another technician to come over for $165. On top of that, I was told that it was my fault that I did not contact the company earlier to follow up. So, I would be paying for 2 technicians to show up without getting any repairs done.

I had organized for a technician to come to view and repair my dishwasher. When out he advised he will need to order parts. He left and I received an email with an invoice the following day advising that apparently parts can not be ordered for my particular dishwasher. I had then organized another technician as my dishwasher was only 2 years old so i had thought what he said was absolutely rubbish. The new technician viewed it and repaired it all under 30mins. He advised that Servicetec technician is obviously not trained. If you want to be charged $160 to waste your time contact Servicetec
