Eden Laser Clinics Eastgardens

I purchased a number of treatments in advance (stupid thing to do) and my regular beautician left. I have been a client for nearly 3 years and the staffing situation is abit of a revolving door. Anyway, I booked in a treatment with someone else and on the day of the treatment, this person called in sick and I was offered another appointment at some ridiculous time of 1:00pm on a Tuesday. I work fulltime. So for the past 2-3 weeks I have been arguing with them that I want a refund. They have taken the money but cannot provide the service. They are refusing to provide a refund, I have been called by Megan, Ellie all promising that I can have any appointment that I want, and they would cancel the client that was booked in for that time. I have this in an email and will be providing it to Fair Trading. This is just a very brief summary of the matter. The owner refuses to speak to me but I have approximately $700 + dollars in treatments that they are holding. So to the clients, if your appointment gets cancelled it could be due to Eden trying to satisfy another disgruntled client.

I always go to Eden Laser Clinics Eastgarden to do microdermabrasion.Sophia is excellent service , she is patient, friendly, she helps me to use the salon products.I recommended to my friend to see her too.All the staff are very nice too.

I had an appointment for my laser tonight which I had booked at my last session 4 weeks ago. I got a phone call yesterday afternoon from the Eden’s to inform me that my appointment was cancelled as someone had called in sick and they had to rearrange the schedule. I asked why was my appointment the one cancelled since I had it booked since my last session and already have my next 3 sessions paid for. I was not accommodated with booking a new appointment and was told they are fully booked for the next two weeks. I asked to get a refund for my sessions iv paid for that I have not yet used. The answer was no. How can you cancel an appointment that has been booked 4 weeks in advance and paid for, the day before? Why was my 7:30 cancelled when rearranging? Was it because you had my money already and would prefer to take someone else’s money who had not paid for their treatment yet? I would like a refund for my sessions I have paid for that have not used, considering I need to pay another place for my laser session and it is not cheap when getting multiple areas lasers. I don’t plan on returning to Eden laser clinics in eastgardens so would need my money back

I had the best laser hair removal experience with Cian. She was so lovely and professional! She took her time making sure that she got every single area covered. Cannot recommend her enough!

Ridiculous customer service. I might have reviewed a procedure if I had one.I booked skin needling over the phone to come and find out it’s not a procedure but a consult AND there should have been a 2-week preparation cycle using products they produce.I have booked an appointment in a couple of weeks (the clinic is quite booked out) to find out that there was no booking made for me. (I should add I’ve been doing it with my partner and her appointment was fine).Major waste of time. So far I’ve spent $400, 3 hours, but received 0 service.I should also add the the people at the front desk are nice and friendly

Great range of treatments available with friendly staff. Best to book your follow up appointments on the day, as they don’t always have the availability when trying to book a few days in advance, but if you do they do try their best to get you a suitable appointment.

Revised review. While Eden East gardens still has plenty of room to improve its booking process (they’re hard to get hold of and booking slots is only really possible over the phone) they were quick to apologise and make amends for a difficult process, and I made a second booking. I saw Megan this time and she was friendly, courteous and professional. It was a good experience, despite the time pressure (I arrived a little late). The laser treatment was done in 20mins or so.All in all, I would recommend this clinic. I do think they should either have someone manning the phone/replying to emails or invest in a good online booking system where you can see what slots are free and book/pay without having to call.

I have been doing laser for a while at other clinics and decided to try Eden which is closer to home. I have not regretted my decision! Mel has taken my results to the next level by simply introducing to products I should be using in between treatments. Her knowledge and passion for her job truly shines through!

Went in to book a treatment that I had done last week. The lady at the desk told me they didn't offer that treatment during summer so I could book for after winter. Trying to explain I had it done just last week she then mentioned her machine was broken.
