Living Valley

Honesty cannot rate higher. Phenomenal experience and quite likely life saving!! The staff are amazing, nothing is too hard for them. The entire retreat experience is personalised and amazing.The grounds are so well maintained, the grass is perfect for kicking off the shoes and grounding in the earth. The food is DELICIOUS!!!! I will be making this a yearly treat, but next time I'm staying 2 weeks!!

I just spent 3 weeks at Living Valley and I highly recommend this place. The staff are amazing, the food and or juice fasting is also wonderful. The treatments are great and the other guests are super friendly. I have been to other health retreats in Australia and overseas and found that this was very personalised to what your needs are and they take great care of you, its like one big family. Dont bother looking anywhere else. I'll definitely return.

On enquiring I was informed that this retreat did not accept Service Dogs. I explained that a Service Dog is medically required and is against the law to refuse a service dog. There reasoning is that they are on private property and have wild animals around. FYI QLD National Parks accept service dogs due to medical requirement. This is discrimination.

The most supportive, caring and nuturing environment you will find, definitely the best place for your healing journey. The staff are amazing, the treatments are the best I've ever experienced, the food is to die for and the education is outstanding. I learnt so much and I'm already putting my learnings into practice at home. Don't hesitate to spend the money on yourself, worth every cent! Amazing place for anyone looking to improve their overall health and well-being. The team is caring, genuine and will go above and beyond to support every guest. There is a strong focus on education which is essential for sustainable healthy habits. Would recommend this to anyone for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

My experience has been amazing, I came in tired and stressed and left refreshed and invigorated! The staff are so friendly and helpful, the food is amazing and the property is beautiful. I now have some tools to help me on my health journey and look forward to using them!

I can not explain how fabulous this place and the staff are at this health retreat! I was diagnosed with possible colon/bowel cancer with bad symptoms and an exploratory operation on the cards. A friend was so concerned for me and my health she paid for a weeks retreat, saying she would rather have me around as a friend than money in the bank. The staff from day one are friendly, attentive, genuine and of a caring nature. They are after the best outcome for you no matter what your reasons for going. I enjoyed my stay, the food, the activities, the relaxation and the time to delve into yourself. It was a great health and spiritual experience and changed my whole way of living and eating. If there is one thing that you ever do for yourself, book in here! You will not regret it for the rest of your life.

The only way you will completely understand how amazing this retreat is if you experience it for yourself. The staff are fully devoted and go above and beyond to ensure your stay is relaxing and stress free. A retreat you can go to focus on your health and be in complete serenity, knowing that you are in good hands. The cooks are amazing and never fail providing the best meals I've ever had on the sunshine coast. The the naturopaths have helped me with all of my lower abdomen and gut issues.

This is the second time I have been to Living Valley. Both times I have come home totally renewed and with a new outlook on life. The heath advise and the new habits created combined with a better understanding of nutrition and wellbeing are invaluable. Thank you to all the staff for making Living Valley such a special place.

I have come away from a fabulous weeks stay feeling ready to take back on the world and able to cope with all the stresses of life and chronic illness.
