Very bad experience from day 1 until the settlement day, Daniel Jameson Kelly Jamesom , Sam Rome , Doesn’t want to listen to us no respect always negateTo many hidden information's we are regretting to built with Belle Manor homes if we would have been know about them such a headache and stressful for all of us they handover a defect kitchen and runaway after we sign the papers they never mention it to us.Unprofessional builder / belle manor they barely care about the customers they delayed the house construction for about 1 year after 6 months of handover and we are unearthing the blunders that this builder has done to us.They do not look at the site before giving it to the customer to make sure if the house need's clean or some more touch up before hand over our house was to dirty during handover.In regards to paint it was very bad finishing the quality of painting The door's/walls is very poor we have advice on 2 quote's and the builder and he's tradespeople painted most of the walls and door's they didn't even wait for paint to dry , We can even see paint roller marks on some of my wall's and door's very disappointed.The tiler didn't do good job in my shower floor because he didn't make the floor slope to the Drain so every time i use it have to dry it my self such a pain and make's me stressed.Note:- My advice to every one is to hire a building inspection to Ensuring that quality and safety procedures are followed correctly from the start. because the builder and he's tradespeople they will make so many mistake's and they will tried to get way from it and carry on with out rectify all the mistake's,
