5 minutes agoNEWI purchased parts from this guy's Brisbane branch, the order took 3 times longer that what they promised. I sourced some if the parts from The UK supplier directly as they are going to force me to go A particular repair which I refused. Currently the dealer principal, Scott is holding the goods and the money and refusing to release any of them. I involved me lawyers , but their service is poor and Scott is very arrogant with up to down attitude towards the customers. Scott is an arrogant businessman with no respects towards the customers.I own Porsche and mercedes too and their costumer services are by far better than this guy.If you need any parts buy it from Introcar.co.uk, half of the price and delivered to Australia in a week for £30.

Bentley Cold Coast is an absolute credit to the brand, the showroom is breathtaking!!! The location is absolutely perfect, and the choice of staff second to none! If you own a Bentley and trust its servicing and maintenance to anyone other than Dan Mack’s team, I’m sorry but you have rocks in your head. If there is something Senior Technician Stuart Carruthers doesn’t know about a Bentley, it wouldn’t be worth knowing!
