Not only do they have an amazing knowledge of the services they are providing but they also were a huge help at connecting us with other trades to ensure the jobs got done in great time. Found Djb through a friend, my hairdressing salon split system was extremely dirty and was in a desperate need of a service. I rang to be greeted with a friendly lady, who made me feel comfortable and understood exactly what I was trying to explain, she had one of the plumber there within the week. With my ceilings being very high and inaccessible to myself, they had no issues what so ever.Will definitely be using these guys again!

I called DJB this morning (weekend) as our water heater was broken. Plumber arrived within 30 minutes, was very professional and provided clear repair/replacement options. 90 minutes later, the new water heater was installed with zero inconvenience to me. Transparent pricing and excellent service. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.

Thank you to the team at DJB for getting us out of a pickle at short notice when our hot water service died!Hayley was so polite and patient listening to my frustration about living with no hot water. Such a lovely person to represent this business. Daniel was so understanding with my lack of knowledge to his questions and never made me feel like a dill. The boys were in and out within the hour and we had hot water that night when we returned from work! Will never go past DJB for any plumbing needs we may encounter!

DJB installed out septic system for us on our acerage build. We weren't familiar with septic systems but Daniel explained everything thoroughly and pointed us in the right direction for reports and DJB also took care of the septic permit for us. They left our job site tidy and were very considerate of not ripping up our grass unnecessarily. Daniel has been readily available for any after care questions we have had, keep up the good work.

We have used DJB plumbing many times, from leaking taps, checking hot water systems to, most recently, installing a new central heater.Each time their work was perfefect, they came on time and were clear with their pricing. The admin staff are always super helpful aswell.
