I have had an overall excellent experience in gym class over the past few months, I feel I have achieved a lot and achieved personal goals through time and perseverance. I feel I have improved dramatically in multiple aspects of my personal fitness and overall health. I really enjoyed the fitness days that, not only helped me stay physically active, but also cope with stress from work.

Baxter Basics Group Personal Training
I was on the hunt for group workout sessions after a couple of failed attempts with gyms and I am finally in good hands @ Baxter Basics. Initially I wasn't too sure if the workouts would suit me but the sessions are designed to suit people of all ranges and motivates me to give my 100% effort. A big shout out to the coaches (Daz, Ali, Jacob & Ethan) who are well trained, friendly, motivating, dedicated and they also reach out to you if you are away for a couple of sessions. I am really looking forward to being consistent and achieving my fitness goals here for a healthier lifestyle! :-)
