Ashmore City Chempro Chemist

I have been a customer of Ashmore City Chempro for 8 years. Steve and his staff have been wonderful to me and from observing other customers and their interaction with staff, everyone is treated with respect and as a special person.Thank you Steve and all your beautiful fellow pharmacists and staff .

FIND ANOTHER CHEMIST!!!!The big sign at the front shows match price on any medicine. Went in there and showed them the price on Chempro website which is 30% cheaper. And they said NO. That was on their website, not even other businesses which are even cheaper.This business is not honest with their sign. AVOID it !!!

LOST MY SCRIPT! No clue and no idea - took my script said they would call me with a price never called back and when I eventually go in NO HELP AT ALL as to what they did with it and no solution offered. Unhelpful and I will NOT be going back even though I live next to the center I would rather drive than be dealt with by this staff member again.

Ashmore City have a lot of great gifts and perfumes, all staff are highly trained in any medical questions I ask, and the pharmacists are easily accessed for any other medical concerns, great community pharmacy

Total rip off. Website price 30$ magically becomes 80$ in store. Fun fact, this is the only chemist that charges such a ridiculous price. Ended up buying in chemist warehouse for 30$ without any issues.

Disgraceful behavior the way they treated that young lady employee, discussing her vaccination status in public like that. You pair ought to be ashamed of yourselves! Never again using Chempro!

Conveniently located if you are visiting Ashmore city medical centre. Dropped in here after a visit to the dr and had a great experience with a young pharmacist who helped me pick out all the dressings I needed for a hot water burn

I went in for hedlice treatment for my 1 children waited 15 minutes before anyone even noticed me!!! The pharmacist came out from behind the counter I asked him for advice he didn't have a clue asked how old kids were and sold me a small bottle of very expensive solution this was only enough for my youngest aged 8 when I SPECIFIED I had 2 children with long hair I asked how to use the product and yet again he had no idea so not only is theyre customer service shocking for a qualified pharmacist that doesn't know head lice products is disturbing I want a refund as I've now had to go to another chemist and buy a big bottle of solution which I should have been sold in the 1st place and given advice on how to use it when I asked about the other products he sold he just said I'm not sure!!!!!!

wanted to pop in but they are probably too busy publicly bullying their staff for not shooting up. Sad!

Of all the Chemists I could go to, I choose Chempro Ashmore City. Steve (pharmacist) is the nicest man and is incredibly helpful. The ladies are always willing to help you with any queries and always have a smile.Best pharmacy on the coast, hands down.
