Thee worst customer experiences I have ever had! I’d pay more for a product elsewhere than to buy from here. Rude rude rude!! Told me that they record on video all customers interactions so they are not liable for refunds!

This business doesn't honour warranties. Spend your money somewhere else. 4 months after purchase via their eBay store the product failed. They never sent it back to the manufacturer and after we sent emails to Kenwood , Kenwood agreed to replace the product under warranty. Small Appliance Service and Sales in Heidelberg refuse to send us the replacement item unless we pay. I guess they don't believe they have an obligation under Australian Consumer Law for a product failure. We are making a legal claim against them.

Thankful to Ernest and his staff for repairing my nearly 60yo Sunbeam toaster-matic that I love.It's better than new and I hope for another 20years out of it.

Fast and friendly customer service, had the spare parts I was after. Would recommend!

Extremely rude customer service. I went there to buy a part for the coffee machine, my jaw dropped when the owner told me it costs him money to talk to me. Why would you open a shop if you don't want to serve the customers? You don't have to be over the top, just be a nice human, it will be enough.

Please be wary of these people. I delivered a family heirloom to them, a 1960s sunbeam which they assured me they could restore (they have some on the shelves in the store). It was my mothers. It was with them for 18 months whilst they looked for parts and asked me if I could also search for parts. the week before Christmas they sent me a very unfriendly text stating that if you don't contact us in 5 days we will consider the item abandoned and disposed of". I promptly relayed by text that I would pick it up after Christmas. This morning I was advised that they disposed of it as "I had not contacted them". I showed the text reply and they advised that was computer generated and they don't receive texts. They have now supposedly disposed of a family heirloom that my mother used for many years and had pride of place in our kitchen. I know it is a 'thing' but it was my mother's thing and I am kicking myself for trusting these people. Don't trust them with anything precious"

This store did not advise prior to drop off what their preliminary fee was, $79.00. I asked for a quote before repairs which I did not get. When I was advised that my appliance was ready for colle Tin I was advised that more money would be required. I don't expect anybody to work for nothing but I do expect to have honesty around pricing.

The service is slow and never on time. I needed to call several times past their scheduled date, but they didn't even start on my product yet every time I called.The same issue occurred with the machine after it was repaired by them. After spending tons of money here I need to buy a new machine.

Ordered product on Monday and received on Wednesday. Great price. Quick delivery. Product installed and working.
