Friendly staff, very nice and big place, they hosting my dog the other day I visited my pet he smelled good and clean very recommended

Never again will my dogs stay at this facility. When I picked them up it was like they had been sedated. They slept and didn't eat for 2 days. On the third day my boy has done nothing but vomit. I didn't receive any photos or correspondence but was charged play time. How do I know they even got let out. I was not even offered to walk my dogs in. They had kids running the place. My dogs are still not back to normal. Looking like a vet trip very soon. So not happy.

Our 4 year old staffy x dog boarded with Meadowmist for 6 nights recently. I was impressed with the kindness the staff showed towards our dog when we arrived, who was nervous about staying somewhere new. Our dog was happy and healthy when we picked her up after her stay. Communication with Meadowmist was great, and the cost reasonable too. Thanks.

Just picked up my two young (10 & 20 month old) Rhodesian Ridgebacks after a 13 day stay and I couldn't be happier.The level of organisation is top notch, and I can see from their interaction with both my dogs, and others, that there is a genuine love of animals from the team.I noticed how my two- and Ridgebacks can be naturally cautious- would happily run up to team members when it came time to pick them up. And dogs never lie.The option to have a very large, safe and private fenced enclosure is a huge benefit, especially for larger breeds.Will be re-booking soon.

Hello Pawrents, If you are looking at dog boarding services, please avoid Meadowmist Boarding Kennels & Cattery Pty.Ltd. Their service is absolutely horrible.They are supposed to have Greyson for 5 weeks while I was away for a family visit. 2.5 weeks into his stay, the kennel did not send me updates at all. Multiple emails and phone calls were made, but there was still no update. When I have requested one of my friends to remove him from the facilities, Grey's left hind leg has a cut and no one has any knowledge on when, what and how he cut himself. When I called and request for more information, the owner was telling me that I was kicking a big fuss out of a small problem. He also mentioned that if he realised there was a cut, he will prescribe Grey with antibiotics. I was shocked as he is not a qualified vet.In my own opinion, their service is beyond lousy and the owners attitude was extremely bad, both Sherry and her husband who are the owners of this kennel. They do not think it is their fault that Grey injured himself and that I am kicking a fuss out of a small issue. My heart broke when I saw his leg.

I am extremely pleased with the care my dog received while staying at meadowmist kennels last week . Fred is a 2 year old great dane pup who has significant allergies to food and suffers from anxiety when away from the family home. Sherrie, Steph and Richard bent over backwards to make Fred's stay comfortable and stress free, finding him the best kennel area to suit his needs and sending progress videos and photos to reassure me of his wellbeing . I would highly recommend Meadowmist and will certainly be sending Fred there again next time we are going away. Great experience!I was very nervous about leaving our beloved Maremma at a kennel (have never done it before). However, it was a wonderful experience.Stephen took the time to take us around the kennel and he handled our dog like a pro.Maremmas can be a sensitive breed but when we picked him up he seemed very happy and even more confident around people, particularly men.We even got a Merry Christmas video and message from the kennel featuring our pup!Will definitely be going back.

We have used Meadowmist for a number of years & they are great with all our dogs, past & present. Our current dog a rescue German Short-haired Pointer was happy there. They even sent me a photo via Messenger when I asked how he was coping. Will be using any time I go overseas again
