The car was picked up quickly and transported safely a loan car was delivered at the same time which was important as I needed transport to take my wife to doctors appointments. I was kept informed of the progress and the car was ready to pick up in a very reasonable time.The repair was so good it almost looked better than new, a great job , recommend them .

Thought I'd get in on a review about a year after my repair. Front bumper on vf ssv redline 2. Bumper doesn't sit correctly or flush with headlights. I believe this bumper they've installed is off a vf sv6 storm. Wasn't happy but never got the time to contact them or review. So finally got around to it. People were great and easy to work with. Very friendly which is rare from a crash repair!

Tom and Lucia Campanello are good old fashioned merchants who get to know their clientele and look after them. My husband and I have had our cars in for repairs 6 times between us in the past 8 years. Each time we go into their premises, both Lucia and Tom remember details about us even we forgot. That's customer service in my eyes! I love it! They are beautiful people, as are the rest of their staff. People I come across from all over the Barossa recommend this business and even when my husband and I were employed in a prison in Murray Bridge, many of our colleagues talked of this business.
