It's a bit tricky figuring out how to drive into this KFC. You cannot access the restaurant directly from the main road or the service road. You need to turn into the side street, turn into the MarketPlace carpark and keep driving through till you reach the KFC carpark. Service was friendly and efficient, although the menu was a little difficult to negotiate. Some items look like they are stand alone, but the price advertised is only if you add them on to another certain type of meal. Restaurant has indoor and outdoor eating areas and both were clean and tidy. I like the fact that the bins had general waste and recycling options. This is a good idea when most of the food is served in cardboard boxes or tubs.

Giving 3 stars because I usually don't have an issue with this KFC but went through drive through last week. We drove off after receiving our order but always park to check if we got everything. We were missing 6pk wicked wings and regular chips. Took our order and receipt into the store and spoke to a young girl at the counter. She didn't even greet us or say anything after we showed her our receipt and the items missing.She just turned around, grabbed the food and slid it over the counter to us, again without saying anything then proceeded to greet the next customer. Took everything in me to walk away without saying something.

Each time ive been to this franchise, the chicken is very dry ( like cooked quite a while ago ) and the service is very slow. It wasnt busy, just disorganised.

The deal on my app wasn't going through but I had awesome service and they put the order in manualy with extras. Staff were polite and the food was really nice, definitely one of the better tasting KFC's. 10/10 service

Slowest KFC in the universe thought I'd save time by pre ordering online however on arrival experienced 23 minute wait for a simple burger combo. Alot of staff but simply no idea about service. Could of gone to Coles across the road bought burger gone home cooked it myself in that time. And hint don't eat in unless you wanna catch covid or food poisoning it's filthy
