Short of staff at the shop, deceiving and took ages to fix the problem (still in doubt if the problem was really the pump or it was just a misdiagnose" - air into the system) . Friendly in-home service

Well a pool is supposed to hold water, not leak it, right!James and his team have been amazing, locating the leak, after a couple of chilly dips, there was more than one leak and have been setting a cracking pace in order to get the repair done. Some back breaking digging, serious concrete cutting and locating an amazing fibreglass dude, Nick, to prep the pool for the new skimmer box.Now for the next phase, WOO! HOO!

Been getting advice and pool monitoring from Poolwerx for a couple of years now. Always get friendly service, and never too busy to take the time to answer questions, explain and stop and listen to any issues I might be concerned about.
