Have used this branch for many years. Marie saves me hours of headache and stress over my taxes every year. She will chase me for information that may get me more deductions and also makes sure she has accurate details. Very conscientious. Also very good value too! Will be returning this year for sure!

Worst tax place ever, waited over a month to be told no tax and have to pay covid payments back. Don't use H&R!

I'm a returning customer to H&R Block in Moorabbin with positive experiences. The accountant who did my tax return was professional, polite and friendly. She questioned me in areas where I didn't know I could claim refunds in and helped me get the highest return possible. I highly recommend this branch.

H and R Block provides an efficient, professional and friendly basic tax return service. Have been getting tax returns completed here for years. Basic return takes about 1/2 hour and costs $159.

Excellent service bit of a wait due to an advisor was ill but that happens. Had my refund in 2weeks. I will be returning to moorabbin centre.

have been going to H&R block in Moorabbin for a couple of years now and I am very happy with the service and the ease of which they make the whole process, Wallace is great and has always managed to claim everything possible, would recommend him to everyone.

I wish I could say I have had a good experience, but unfortunately I can’t. I normally do my tax myself online, but decided to go to a “professional” this year as I have been working from home and wanted to make sure I was getting the best return through someone who was supposed to know what they are doing. The accountant convinced me that I could only claim $100 for ALL of my WFH expenses since March. When I questioned that amount she stood firm. I went home still pondering on this and worked the math out for myself which not to my surprise I was supposed to be getting far more back than she had said (even looking it up on the ATO website to make sure I was doing it right). I have now called 3 times asking for someone to call me back so I can discuss this and am getting radio silence. Safe to say this will be the last time I go to H&R Block.

I had the WORST experience ever with H&R block. Please never ever go to them. I booked the appointment second time for the BAS agent and I went there and to my surprise, there was only person sitting there who asked me for TFN number which I shared with him and nothing was appearing on his screen. He then showed me screen to check if he is entering correct TFN number under ABN details requirement.I asked him that you are adding my TFN number under ABN field upon which he said oh actually I don't do company tax return".I told him that this has happened to me second time that I booked BAS agent appointment
