Selling a house, as you know, can be a painstaking, lengthy and draining process. However, we consider ourselves lucky to have found Trevor (from Philip Webb) to sell our unit for us. We spent a few days getting quotes from other estate agents but none could give the sense of confidence and process that Trevor gave us. It was early June that from where I currently am in Toulon, France, I contacted Philip Webb by email with a view to selling a property I own in Lower Templestowe. Bearing in mind the time difference of Melbourne being 8 hours ahead of Toulon, I received a near immediate most informative reply from their Sales Manager, Joseph Corsi. From that day on, Joseph and I must have exchanged up to a hundred emails! I realised immediately how diligent and efficient Joseph is. What really surprised me was that our time difference seemed to not matter at all to him. Our non-stop barrage of exchanged emails culminated in my property being sold on the 23rd. of July. I was and still am more than happy with the price attained. Due in no small part to the outstanding auctioneer, Sam Babalis. Sam had contacted me a couple of days prior to the auction via Zoom and we enjoyed a very informative discussion. Then, thanks to the wonder of the Internet, I actually watched and heard the complete sale! As written, Sam did a remarkable job.
