Sharon was lovely to deal with, organised a cleaner to attend within 24 hours of speaking with her. She is super responsive and communicates really well. Sharon arranged for Rachel to come clean our 2 bed, one bath town house and all I can say is “wow”! Rachel was right on time, very polite and got straight down to work. She worked solidly for 3 hours and did everything I requested. The place is spotless and I am very happy. Thank you!

I received excellent customer service when arranging the clean. Fantastic customer service and the cleaning was amazing. Excellent attention to detail. The customer service team are always contactable and have amazing communication skills. The work done by the 2 cleaners was exceptional, with attention to detail ensuring quality outcome. Highly recommend.

Liaised with Waterlily for at least a week provided them with a detailed summary of the job for two units, the customer service lady was easy to access and professional but she didnt provide the full picture as far as the pricing was concerned, she quoted 50 AUD plus GST per hour but turns out it was 50 per person depending on the number of cleaners who show up to complete the job. A couple did the cleaning, they did an extremely poor job, surfaces still had dust, kitchen tiles were wet with strong smells of chemicals, the floor had dirt even after cleaning and the cleaners footprints, they were not uniform in the way they did the cleaning, plus the gent was not easy to talk to-one didnt follow English and two despite his wife explaining wouldn't complete the job properly, in fact he was rushing her to get through quickly. I didnt want to end up putting up a fight and paid them what they asked for. The worst thing about this experience was the cleaners cleaned and mopped the toilet/bathroom first and use the same mop without washing it or changing water to clean the rest of the house, which is very unhygienic. My recommendation is hire a cleaner elsewhere, do not waste your money on cleaners you would end up cleaning after!

Enquired for a BOND CLEAN quote in FEBRUARY.They did not reply in time for the clean to be performed.Since then, they have repeatedly and relentlessly sent me text messages, enquiring if I want the cleaning provided by them.Each time I have replied politely saying, that I am no longer in need of a bond clean as it was already done and I have moved out. They ignore every SMS I send, and continue to send texts every week.I have now left a very angry voice mail for them to stop doing so. My next step is to report them to the telecommunications ombudsman and then to ASIC for coercive conduct.DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES CONTACT THIS COMPANY - You will never hear the end of it.

We’ve had terrible luck finding a regular cleaner and just found the consistency was not there. Brad was great to deal with and we now have a cleaner come fortnightly who is friendly and does a great job. Very consistent and I love coming home to a nice clean house. Would definitely recommend.

Didn’t turn up on a Tuesday as scheduled. Didn’t reply request of quotations for window cleaning and Carmela claimed she didn’t receive the window photos as she asked then later she found them in her inbox but no apologies. Unprofessional & unreliable ! Cheap prices and cheap service. Absolutely waste of time.

Sharon was very responsive which is so important. The Cameron team were very polite and professional. They came on time and within 2 hours house was so clean. I am really happy with them and looking forward to work with them.

One of the worst cleaning I've ever had. Complete waste of time and money. The clean was so poor, completely left a lot of areas in the apartment untouched.even the part that was cleaned didn't look clean at all. I had to do a complete clean afterwards myself.

Expensive. Two guys arrived. One did the cleaning of my ensuite and main bathroom. Broke the toilet brush in the ceramic holder. Didn't say anything. I sat outside in my little yard to let the other guy mop the floor, and later discovered no chairs were moved. It was a cursory mop.There was still a pile of dust behind one chair.I've been waiting for Waterlily Cleaning to arrange some small compensation for damage, but apparently it takes ages for them to consider that they're at fault. I would not recommend, and I won't use their service in the future. Things break, I get it, but it would be decent to have 'fessed up', not HIDE the evidence.
