Rick was able to come out the next day which was great. I appreciate when a business aims to accommodate my schedule - that’s customer service.We agreed on a price and upon his arrive he advised that based on the actual work compared to the estimate he lowered the price! Wow! How often do you get an honest tradie? Rick is your guy, he is honest and cares about the work he does. I recommend his work to anyone , I am completely satisfied with the outcome and overjoyed with the revised price. Good on ya Rick!

Amazing communication, prompt, punctual, professional; everything you would want in a tradesperson. Rick fitted me in at a convenient time and did an outstanding job repairing carpet damaged by my dog. Even though my carpet is 20 years old, Rick was able to work his magic, still using my own carpet and not having to cut carpet from elsewhere in my house. Highly recommend Rick!

Honestly, I had not dealt with a more honest and efficient tradie like Rick.He did an incredible job and was really quick as well. Saved our bond! The price for repairing the carpet damaged by our cats was fair as well.He is friendly and a wonderful chap. Would recommend him to anyone who needs to save their carpets!

Absolutely thrilled with the work that Rick completed at our home. From the very start the communication was swift and clear. The quote was accurate and fair and Rick was able to fit our job in incredibly quickly. Communication on the day about his process was thorough and appreciated. Then end result was far beyond what I ever thought it was going to look like. Excuse the pun, but seamless! Our carpet had a bleach stain and Rick fixed it perfectly, except for the fact that the carpet was slightly faded from the sun and ware compared to the remnant, you'd never have known it was fixed. Rick is very skillful and knows what he is doing, he provided an excellent service from start to end, he promptly responded all my queries, he went above and beyond trying to get a booking for the repair with short notice within his busy schedule and on top of that the repair work speaks for itself. I definitely recommend his service!
