Unfortunately I had my car towed here after the transmission failed. As my car is Holden I thought going to a Holden garage, I was guaranteed some sort of standards, unfortunately not. The car was fitted with a scrap part without my knowledge which was not fit for purpose and has since failed. Despite being told I had a four month warranty and the new" transmission failing within 2 months

My partner had his car towed here when we were travelling in South Australia, and the transmission failed. The transmission was replaced, and has since failed again after he paid Duttons over four thousand dollars to replace it, and the vehicle had only travelled 3,000kms. He was given paperwork which says in the event of a major failure you are entitled to a refund". Duttons have refused to honour this
