Harry was very knowledgeable although still in training, he was extremely enthusiastic and his knowledge on all products and plans were extremely extensive. He explained all aspects in detail and allowed us to decide on the different plans and items without pressure. We will definitely be back!

Always great service at this store, I have a store closer to home but come to this one as they are always helpful and I like the look of the store too. Thanks again to Alice for all your help yesterday, you are a great asset to your team, keep doing what you do! Happy Easter to you and the team!

Went in a few weeks ago and the staff member was so helpful helping my parents sort their accounts out. Highly recommend.

Alice is the most beautiful girl i’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with at Optus. She has been very helpful and kind and considerate, and I’m so happy that Optus has sought to have her on their books. I recommended for you give Alice a pay rise, and it in the future look to employing her as the manager of the store.

Rude ! Worst service ,queried about insurance , was told if you would listen to what I am saying we don't deal with insurance

They didn't have the device I was after to buy outright however the employee suggested I check out a nearby store which had what I was after. Great service!

This optus store is great, Jamie was a legend helped me as much as he possibly could with my purchase. Great service and a good overall company.

STAY AWAY FROM OPTUS they tricked me into a year ling contract because they took advantage of the fact that I had a mental disability. After saying I wanted ro swap to prepaid I had to wait till my contract was up to avoid paying the exit fee than after they tried really hard to get me to stay on the expensive plan they swapped me to a prepaid plan the optus flex which relies on taking money automatically out of your account $30 for 30gb is the cheapest for me however if u need to go overseas u still have to pay the $30 and gwt charged roaming fees if ur overseas so swapped to the data plan so I could recharge manually and its $30 for 10gb. So your paying $30 for both plans but one is 10gb and one is 30gb. Why would I pay the same price for less gb its criminal and customer service never knows how to help as they are from India and don't understand you

HAVE A READ OF THIS PLEASEOptus store Pacific fair. Opposite hogs breath, next door to Vodafone. I went into Vodafone 1st to purchase a contract on a new phone. Wasn’t happy with what they had offer, so I went next door to Optus store. Wasn’t too happy with it here either I went for the Optus flex 5G and had a daily weekly monthly of two dollars for 2GB’s. Wasn’t what I was looking forward to smaller package suborder large package. So the customer service here wasn’t too bad. Much happy with what I bought from Optus. Cheers big ears
