Australia Post - Kensington Park LPO

Staffs are very nice and polite. The passport service is excellent, not need to wait for a long time. I only spend 3 munities to get my parcel and pay my bills last time. I’m happy to recommend my friends to do their passport in Kensington Post Office. Good job!

Very arrogant lady patronising me about parcel already paid because I place on middle weighing machine which I new. I have given them a lot of business ,not now I got to Erindale .

Took my 5 months old daughter there to take photo and apply for passport. service was awesome. photo was perfect and the passport arrived just more than a week.

We had our photo taken and they printed which was good, but later I called them asking for photo jpg format which I think is usual everywhere to have the photo file with no extra charge. They said we need to come back and take another one with extra charge cause they had already deleted the photos file from the camera.

A great local post shop. The staff are lovely and have always been soo helpful with my postal needs. Thank you!You can usually park in front of the post shop but I prefer to park in the first side street.

The reason why I gave one star is because I have to!!! The lady is absolutely rude and lacking basic manner. Never smile or say hello when we pick up parcels every singe time. Today I was on the phone by the time to pick up my parcel, she yelled at me : do you know how ANNOYING you are? You are disturbing my job!!!!" I was so surprised that the way how she expressed her anger. If she could have told me in a nice way

Zero stars from me and I will not service the business again. All the staff are rude and arrogant (especially the owner). They are supposed to be an Australian Post outlet and had to return my Foxtel with an envelope with bar code and because it wasn’t scanning (which was not my issue) they rudely told me to come back the next day in a middle of a pandemic. I am an aged care Nurse and asked them to send it for me the next day as I was working the following week and shouldn’t be in the community. They obviously didn’t send it and I got charged - totally ‘Unaustralian’ !They also didnt give the correct information when needing a fast service passport paperwork which resulted in me nearly not being able to take my daughter overseas. I would tell anybody in the area to go to Burnside post office (by the Feathers Hotel)as they are a nice Australian family who actually care about service.

my package has been put in a parcel locker with the wrong contact details against and I can’t collect it, someone else may be able to collect my package because these guys have no idea how to handle post, do not use the post office if you can avoid it.

Parcel locker is so safe and convenient. I don’t have to risk having my parcels being left at the front of my house when I’m not home.

Best post office I've ever used… the owners are so thoughtful, helpful & friendly.. seriously best ever post office!!!!!
