Bell's Dry Cleaners

Put in two coats for dry cleaning. They both came out fine and washed however I left a pair of gloves in one jacket's pocket by accident and they weren't in the jacket when I picked it back up. Called three times to follow up on where my gloves were (sentimental - purchased in Japan) and each time recieved a rude reply.On the first occasion I called to ask about my gloves, I was told by the owner he would ask around and get back to me without looking up my order or taking my number. When I prompted this, he ended up taking my number then promptly hanging up on me. When I called back immediately, giving the benefit of the doubt it was an accident, I recieved the rude reply of 'I told you I'll call you when I've asked other staff'.I called again twice in the same day, speaking to different staff on each occasion and none of them knew about the other calls.I have not recieved a call back nor have I recieved my gloves.Poor customer service, extremely rude owner. I won't be going back.

Terrible service. Refused a 24-hour turnaround. Said they might be able to do 1 shirt despite having a '2-hour' return on the sign out front. And was awfully rude in doing so

I just tried this service for the first time, 6 out of the 8 shirts I had pressed have large creases on the front or in noticeable places which I will have to iron out before wearing

The ruined my dress, then insisted to try and fix it (for 2 months) and refused to compensate me (they still have my dress and have not fixed it)

When I picked up an item, the plastic bag had ripped, leaving the shirt marked.When I said I wasn't happy about this, the owner did not apologise, or offer this free of charge. He insisted it wasn't a problem.On a previous visit, I was waiting in line to be served when a regular customer arrived. I was ignored while the owner served this person first.I will not go back to pay for bad service, and dirty clothes.

I've been using their services for about 2 months and I find their quality of work to be very high.

Terrible. If I could give a negative score it would probably be -10. I used this dry cleaner for the first time. Extremely rude man at the front desk took my order. Said to come back after 5 days to pick up only 1 item.When I came back the item looked the same as it wasn't cleaned at all. When i asked them about it they didn't give me any solution. Asked to leave the item for another week. Came back after and it was still in the same condition. I was extremely frustrated. Came back home, washed it in my washing machine and it's like brand new. Please save your money and never go to this place. I learned my lesson.

Had to re press all 3 out 4 items, the finish was appalling, obviously no quality control. Ticket number KG4039.

Having used this business in the past, I went to them again recently. Clearly they are under new management. I left one item for dry cleaning, when I picked it up it looked like it had barely been pressed and it absolutely stunk still - the main reason I was getting it cleaned in the first place. They seemed quite disorganised and am annoyed that I completely wasted my money getting something 'cleaned', that I have now just cleaned myself at home. Would not recommend and won't be back.
