Brisbane Computer Repair

Called with a broken but very expensive laptop. A rare one, bought in the US. Mark's advice was to contact the service centre and he helpfully gave me the info. Though I did not use this company, I have to applaud the professionalism. 4-5 other places I called said sure, bring it in. They seemed to be iPhone screen fixer places. I'll call this place again if I have a need.

This place is shut down but the owner is too selfish and in denial to remove the business from Google maps also the mo I've phone is off

WHAT A GREAT FIRST IMPRESSION!I called up today to enquire about an issue with one of my programs on my laptop.I believe I spoke with a gentleman named Alex?He was very honest and didn't just try to book my laptop and then charge to look over, no, he asked me relevant questions to figure out if it could be a software issue or a space issue, etc.In the end we found it was just the lack of RAM memory.I did call up a few others on Albion Road, they said it could be a virus and that I should book me in and there was a charge to just look at it As soon as I said I can't today the lady just said okay call us when you can" and hung up.We need someone we can trust and that will be honest and won't just try to take advantage of their clients that don't understand computer's
