They were asked to stop leaky taps in kitchen and bathroom and one outdoor tap. To my surprise they just replaced the whole tap assembly for the bathroom sink and they must have been cheap and nasty. The hot water tap leaked worse than before they started. I messaged the contact I had that evening and never heard back. Just received an invoice a week later.

Couldn't be happier with the flexibility and work of Tristan and the team. Despite busy workloads they were able to fit in my relatively small job in a timely manner and were able to adapt and sort out some issues caused by a previous plumbing business on the property.
