One of the must do places while checking out Burra. Great staff and very helpful. Love the old buildings and stone walls.So much history of mining and even a great model of the old township.

Had a great time at this museum a really interesting place in a peaceful part of town. Lovely big trees and a very historical place. The guide was really helpful and knew his stuff. I highly recommend a visit to this museum if you are in Burra.

Interesting place to find out things about the mining in the area. Different to other museums and the little surprise the grandkids received was marvelous.

Unfortunately due to all the rain, some sites werent open due to safety. But what we did see was awesome. Great history of Burra.

A fascinating place to visit. Lots of history of the early settlements mining for copper ore. Lots of different sites to visit apart from the mine complex. Well worth a visit.
