I do not recommend HCM Legal or its principle Haatsari for any family court matters. Haatsari is completely unethical and unprofessional.I was appointed HCM Legal through the court for my family court 3 day trial.Haatsari was inexperienced, unprepared and filed the wrong affidavits with the court.Ten days prior to my family court trial I had a major bike accident that required 2 rounds of surgery. The trial should have been postponed based on medical grounds.Haatsari was ill-prepared, disorganised, pulling documents together at the last minute and briefing the barrister days before the 3 day trial in Family Court.Day 1 in family court was a disaster! I appeared in court with my arm in a sling, wounds on my face and heavily medicated.Day 2 of my family court trial HCM Legal announces to the judge that she is withdrawing as council, leaving me unrepresented in family court.HCM Legal kept all the money granted to them by Legal Aid but abandoned me in the middle of a my family court trial.

HCM Legal is one Lawyer establishment i will recommend.Not only have the team helped me in my time of need, this lawyer goes above and beyond. When you feel like quiting, she is there to lift you up giving you hope. It's amazing how many people she is helping and sometimes without realising it. This team is thorough, they individualise cases, follow through, and are committed. As long as you provide them with what's required, they will work hard to get things resolved. They also manage expectations and understandably she is unable to satisfy all and hence its personal choice to visit other companies. Should you ever need things resolved, I say visit HCM Legal but come prepared to do your fair share of work, have time for your case, have a laugh and leave as a satisfied customer.
