I bought the wrong product and came in to return it, I let them know the issue and Toban I believe his name was informed me of the correct product that would work for what I wanted.He was knowledgeable and educated me on what I needed, polite and refunded me for the original product I bought.Very happy with the service I received. Would recommend.

My car wouldn't start in front of their outlet an they were so understanding and helpful even though the relays I bought were not the issue they took them back and even gave me a cold coke and offered me and my dog to wait for the taxi inside. Very knowledgeable aswell amazing guys thanks!!

Went in to try and return a $119 dual battery isolator in excellent condition (still in packaging, unopened, etc), with receipt in hand and card it was purchased on. I had not realised there was a 7 day returns policy, and I was 3 days over. If I had realised the return policy, I would have returned it within the 7 days. I’m located in the Barossa Valley, so getting down also takes quite a while (I was in the area for something today, so instead of going to the Elizabeth store, this one was more convenient).I understand there is a policy, however I have also worked in both hospitality, retail and now as a helicopter pilot, and I believe for such a small thing that really doesn’t affect the company in a major way and being polite about the return, customer satisfaction can override company policy. The woman who served me was very stern and not considerate whatsoever and basically enjoyed the power trip of denying the refund.I then contacted two other stores (Port Adelaide and Elizabeth) and they both were happy to process the refund for me.I try and be as nice and accommodating as possible to everyone, no matter who they are or what the situation is; the lady who served me needs to learn a few more customer service skills and perhaps chat to the far more professional and understanding team members at other stores.Safe to say her attitude left me with a bad taste in my mouth unfortunately.Not impressed.

5-20V 87W Laptop Power Supply with 2 x USB-C (PD3.0) and 2 x USB-A (QC3.0) this product malfunctions after two months of use then destroys any phone or laptop plugged in to it the memory goes corrupt in it an suddenly puts out only 20 Volt's it is a high fire risk don't buy this product unless you want your home to burn down Jaycar please recall this product before the ACCC make's you
