Metro Hyundai

Thoroughly disappointed. Despite having a diagnostic test performed at a Hyundai dealer (because Metro Hyundai Windsor didn't have any times available for months), and gaining an error code from Hyundai Northlakes, this service centre at Windsor wouldn't perform the recommended repair work from a standardised Hyundai error code book because they wanted to charge again for the diagnostic. This is a deceptive policy aimed at double charging decent customers. I've had my Hyundai serviced here for years. Never again. I recognise you'll drop a oh we're so sorry" comment but that is just not good enough. Call me if you can do the work. At risk? You'll never get my business again nor will I purchase my next car or my wife's new car through your business. Hyundai should be ashamed of such behaviours at their dealerships. This policy is wrong and deceitful. Toyota offers much better servicing times and customer care. You've lost a customer who loves the brand."

Fantastic, simple and friendly experience when purchasing from here. Post sale customer service has been top-notch with a fantastic and attentive team running the servicing area. Have been a customer of Mitsubishi, Mazda and Mercedes but none have come close to the level of product quality and support I've experienced with Hyundai so far. Well done to Metro, you've made a convert out of me!

Shocking customer service - visited this dealership yesterday afternoon to look at a few potential insurance replacements for my written off vehicle. The Salesperson was unhelpful and lacked interest. He also made excuses when a test drive was requested (being they were experiencing roadworthy issues) - though, based on their website and dealer forecourt stock, there were plenty of Tuscon base petrol’s in stock!

After weeks of visiting and speaking with numerous dealerships in search of a new car - Jake at Metro was by far the best salesperson I dealt with. Sick of the other pushy and sometimes even rude salesmen - he was a breath of fresh air, professional, respectful, and friendly! And he was the reason I settled on a Hyundai and Metro ( over the other Hyundai dealerships I spoke to ). Will send everyone his way. Thanks Jake!

After scouring virtually every Hyundai yard in Brisbane I found my perfect Tucson at Metro Hyundai. Matthew provided excellent service and made sure I could get into my car asap, along with assistance from Jarred, Jake and Samantha- you can easily tell this is a great team. I’ve been driving my Tucson for a month now and am thrilled with it, it’s the car that keeps on giving. I have already and will continue to refer friends and family to Metro Hyundai.

The knowledge about each car is amazing. I brought a new Tucson Elite and still trying to remember how everything works and that's just one car. Truly amazing how well they know their vehicles. It makes it so easy to buy.
