Smiggle Wendouree

Had two overpriced drink bottles that broke the first time we used them. The bottles had a metal bottom, but a flimsy plastic piece at the top when pressed too hard on or even dropped lightly on carpet would shatter, making it non repairable.On taking this back to them, the first time it took a long time of phone calls to get them to agree to give it an refund (ACCC legal requirement, which they have an illegal notice at their till saying they can only give a store credit if you have a receipt).I knew their items in this store were overpriced trash, but that sealed it with the service. If you are getting things, stick with non mechanical/moving things, like their keyrings perhaps.

The staff at Smiggle are all such beautiful people. So helpful and willing to go above and beyond to make the children visiting the store feel included and valued. =o)

Inconvenient especially when travelling a long distance to only find out it was shut at 10am, Had a sign out front saying it'll open after 1pm though.
