Very disappointed with your customer service ; After an detailed e-mail requesting your services ( a new windscreen for my boat )and some canopy service this was the answer I got:I suggest you find a local trimmer who can assist you with your request.kind regards,Paul PrestonMarine FabReally ?? Paul did a great job on cutting a transparent door for my Bow Thruster cover; including installing hinges and locking handle. All @ a very fair price. He is now doing a couple of cockpit windows for me. All people in the office are pleasant to work with.

Great specialised service, helpful advice over the phone and they posted the required windscreen seal products that day. No where locally stocked the seal rubbers and with a simple photo of my old seals, Marine Fab had me on the right track. Thank you for getting me back on the water with minimal down time. Fab marine really went the extra mile to repair my hatches Lyne in the office and Paul on the work shop kept me updated with the progress of my job. Really professional company to deal with. I would highly recommended them for all those tricky jobs you can’t do yourself which need a professional touch.

You are the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with Paul. You have wasted my time and mentally abused me as a Veteran with PTSD. I have no idea how you are still in business. You have lied to my face for nearly a year saying you would do my window for my Veterans with PTSD Boat Restoration Project. I really hope some bad JUJU is coming your way. You deserve it! I have never asked anything for free. I have stated the whole time I would pay, but as I was warned a year ago by every person I spoke to about you was true. Shame on me for listening to your lies and promises.

My boats fuel tank spring a leak and the access panel was not large enough to gain access to fix. I searched high and low for a reputable shop to help me with my problem. Through some trusted friends Marine Fab was recommended to me. When I called and explained my drama they booked me right in. 3 days later I returned to collect my boat. They came up with a great solution. The quality of their work is second to none and i still have money left for Christmas shopping. I would recommend Marine Fab to anyone.
