Bayside Security Doors & Showers Screens
Recently I had 3 security doors installed (front door and two sliding, one a double). Everything went well, service through to install. There was a small defect in the installation which was resolved within 24 hours on a Saturday morning. Bayside will say they can install the doors without you being home (only requiring 5 minutes in the house). I didn't feel comfortable with this and was glade I held out as the installer required much more than 5 minutes in the house and I also had dogs to secure. We also got a doggy door, we didn't ask for a specific, assumed it would have a locking mechanism from inside and out and it did not. Not the fault of the company but more of an assumption on my behalf. Overall I would definitely use Bayside again.

We built 9 years ago and had Ron come and install aluminium security doors. We were so impressed with the service and quality/durability of the work that when we recently built again I didn't bother going anywhere else for a quote we went straight to Bayside. This time we had the crimsafe doors installed on the front, laundry, garage and alfresco. Bayside have the best service, price and quality in Geelong.

I can appreciate that others have had a fantastic experience with this company. Unfortunately, it hasn't been the same for me.I paid the full invoiced amount in early February and was told that somebody would be in touch with me to carry out the work. After no contact for a few weeks, I emailed to enquire but there was no response. When I tried calling, one employee told me they'd been busy but I'd get a call back in a few days. One week later, still no contact.It has now been more than one month since the invoice has been paid and I'm uncertain if Bayside intends to complete the work.————Update:After pursuing refund, I was able to get service delivered on 18/3.
