Thai Village Massage and Spa Baulkham Hills

Came in pain , mentioned in the documents that I had backache , Im on medication and I need traditional thai massage to be done sofetly .The lady kept going hard on my back during the session while I kept on mentioning that she needs to stop and it is hurting . I kept on acting respectfully and asking her politely to stop but unfortunately she was ignoring my request until I decided to stop the session 15 min before . Asked to talk to the supervisor her name is nataly . Natalie is the best example of rude management and disrespectfull person . She didn't stop yelling at me accusing me for using the whole session and not willing to pay . Then after escalating the matter had to talk to the owner who was aacting as self director advicing me to see a GP . What a bad customer service . So disappointed for being your customer for a while .

Really great massage here. Wish I could go every single day! Delicious tea too. Highly recommend.

Never recommend.Room temperature problems.Towels are all teared up.Towels are all old, smelly and teared up.Looks like they use the same towels since ages before, all rough and not comfy.Towels not clean.I had the session by ( Joyan ) as I've been told " 27.1.2022 6: 00 pm

Very relaxing and professional in what they do. We had Cartier and Pary, they gave us very good massage. The price is a bit higher than the neighbour but it worth to spend. Thanks

My husband and I visited this place on my husband's birthday. It was only the next day that he realised that his gold chain was missing. We rang Thai Village to just check and they had kept our chain safely. They didnt know whom it belonged to but even then kept it safe until we got there to pick it up. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good massage. The ladies working here are very lovely and very professional. Never have had a bad experience visiting this place.

I love coming here. It has an amazing sense of calm. The staff are highly skilled and very friendly. The prices are more than reasonable. They have a couples room, if you want your massage together. They also follow the same processes as Thailand, by washing your feet first.

Pearly was amazing. Very professional, caring, very strong (I like strong massages) and checked in regularly. The atmosphere is surprisingly relaxing and you can not hear the busy road. Would recommend to everyone. She also did amazing stretches with me. Exactly what I needed. Thank you 15/10.

100% would not recommend the 90 mins package. We went there about 1 month ago for the 70 mins package and it was fantastic. We decided to go back but it was a lot worse.The “60 mins scrub” is not even 40 mins long. My husband and I were in the scrub room for less than 45 mins (with us taking a shower for 10 mins) We took photos as soon as we were in the room and one after showering, hence how I know exactly how long we were in there.My masseuse seemed to be in a hurry to finish her shift and leave ASAP. Not happy!My masseuse even left the door in the scrub room a bit open, I had to tell her I’m cold for her to close the door fully. I even chose medium pressure, but it was extremely soft until the very end when I asked for more pressure. Our 2 masseuses kept talking to each other as well which made us feel like they were talking about us in another language. Definitely not the same as our first time there.If you want to get what you pay for, don’t do for the 90 mins package !
