Excellent swim school. Both kids made loads of progress. The teachers really understand the children and tailor everything. They are always giving great feedback on the swimmers progress.

We recently had an incident in which our 4 year old daughter was spoken to in a way that was both offensive and insensitive causing her to cry uncontrollably. Having read some of the previous reviews I would have to agree that perhaps some of the instructors are not experienced in dealing with small children.The staff claim my wife's reaction to our daughters mistreatment was emotion driven and inappropriate. The customer service manager called me to discuss the incident which I appreciated. She was very polite and nice to deal with. However, not once in our discussion did she ask how my daughter felt following the incident.She suggested that we pull our children from the In2Swim program as it would be the healthiest outcome for all involved.After 3 years in the program we were extremely disappointed that their only solution was to remove our children from the program.Had it not been for the couple swimming instructors who we found were very effective teachers, my star rating would have been less.

Brilliant swim school. Consistently the same swim teachers each week. Very systematic approach so you can see your kids improving week to week as they pick up the skills. The teachers are patient with the kids and caring whenever a child arrives who is scared (either of the water or being away from mum/dad). Brilliant at giving regular updates on child’s progress and overall a professional outfit. I’m so glad we switched swim schools!!!

My 3 year old son went through a stage of being terrified of the water, despite enjoying swimming lessons as a baby. We switched to In2Swim and in a few months his anxiety had gone and now, 18 months later, he has progressed to the next class and is even doing big arms" (freestyle). The staff are patient

We had a really bad experience here. Normally I never leave a review on a business but what happened here distressed me a lot.My daughter got a pretty big cut and was bleeding. When she tried to tell her teacher about it, the teacher just didn't care about what she's trying to say and rushed her to the pool. So she had to swim the whole lesson with the cut bleeding . That's a very dangerous situation against any Health and Safety standard.When I raised my concern about the incident, the supervisor talked to me on the next swimming session. We agreed to have a chat with my kid together to verify what happened after the session then he just disappeared. I had to lrave afterhalf an hour waiting.The next time I approached him to talk about it he just said he went somewhere to talk to the phone. No apology about it though. I told him about more details of the incident and he just went yes

Lovely swiming teachers but I had a horrible experience with the ladies behind the desk, all abrupt and rude. I felt mis informed and not listened too, just not a nice vibe amongst the staff. Poor communication and very hard to get a make up lesson if your child is sick. They were cold and unhelpful.

I have 3 kids enrolled here and they always looking forward for their lesson day ❤️

The ladies behind the desk are the some of the rudest you could find. Close to zero care to good customer service and almost always not having time to listen to the parents. Most of the people I know have the same impression. The swim instructors are great though, have a very disciplined approach and push the kids to swim their best. My child had progressed continuously and is very confident in the water thanks to the great swim instructors at In2swim over the years. I just hope they cared about the customer service before and after swim classes.

We've tried many swim schools on the northern beaches until we found in2swim. We've been here for 2 1/2 yrs now and I couldn't be happier. My 3 primary aged kids are now great swimmers, teachers regularly assess the kids and communicate with me what they will teach them next.Highly recommend!

My son Keanu has made great progress with this school,. The swimming classes are very well organised and well designed around the kids development needs.
