Very overpriced. Charged $455 for a bare minimum service and new windscreen blades for a VW. Came for a car service but told them about my license plate number being out aswell and came back without it being fixed. Recently took my car for a service elsewhere and found that there was water put in my coolant and other issues that were not resolved. Sadly believe it was a “quick” service as I’m a girl and I wouldn’t know any better.

Best experience in Artarmon area. Jackson and Danny is very friendly, honest and experienced mechanics, price is reasonable, not overcharged like others. they checked my car after regular services done, and let me know what need to be concerned in the near future. highly recommended to everyone around the area.

Jackson is the most honest and trustworthy mechanic I've ever come across...always does a great job for a very reasonable price.He is an ex-BMW mechanic so if you're looking for the perfect mechanic for your BMW he is your man as well as having worked on many other Euro cars!Highly recommend this place for great and honest service!

I recently got serving done for my Jeep Grand Cherokee Diesel. Reviewing after week of service. It was a major service (160K Kms) including both Diff oil change, Transmission oil change, Transfer case oil change, Break fluid oil change. We also used Steel Shield engine oil for the first time. All through the service, they keep informed me on the progress and showed old oils which of course I couldn't if I have had done through Jeep dealer (they don’t let you go to their service bay). And this was the main reason I choose Cruise Automotive because I knew what is being filled in my car and there was no doubt on sub standard service.So far, I have driven 900 kms and car is driving fine.I would like to thank Jackson and his team for a very informative servicing and keeping the trust of genuinity . Looking for upcoming service in 6 months and will report how the Steel Shield engine oil performed.

I used to go to Volkswagen dealer to get my car serviced. But not anymore after giving Cruise Automotive a chance. I didn't want to pay the exorbitant prices for not much service so I wanted to try someone local. They were recommended by my brother in law. Now there's really no reason not to try Cruise. Great service, price, and speed! I'll be coming back for sure.

Track prepped the ///MMM beast with Cruise Automotive yesterday swapped the Ferodo DS2500 street pads to Endless MX72+ track pads with some high temp 4.1 brake fluid.Had some serious battle with the gt3rs in luddo, the result was day and night!BMW factory trained specialist at a fraction of cost to dealership, highly recommend Jackson for all your european car needs.

The team at Cruise are enthusiastic, young and they are focussed. This was my first time at Cruise and had the benefit of their new location in Whiting Street, Artarmon. I took my work truck in there today for it's scheduled KM service. The customer service was excellent and the service they carried out was also excellent. . The work was carried out as described, in timely fashion and the quality of the Steel Shield Tech oil they use is next level....oils aint oils was a phrase used in 1986 for an oil brand...seriously, the Steel Shield oil Cruise use is my new 'go to'....it is a fact that oils aint oils. Thank you Team Cruise, I'll be back and I'll tell people about you.

They Fixed the roof on our 2005 Astra convertible quickly for a small fee. It was only something minor. We tried for 2 years to get it fixed and nobody, including Holden would even look at it. Since then they have done other repairs on the car. Great value and service.
