As a potential purchaser I would not recommend selling through this real estate. Ben Walker has just left me in tears, an extremely condescending 'man' who suits the real estate agent stereotype perfectly. Cannot have a conversation without being on the defence and trying to make others feel horrible. Try and find a real estate agent with people skills.Response: My complaint doesn’t need clarifying. It’s a pretty clear description of the interaction. Also, great response to bad feedback - ‘contact us’. How about contacting clients your staff have behaved poorly to, as you have their contact details. Actually, lack of initiative is in line with the professionalism we experienced.

Our property manager Jess has been absolutely fantastic to deal with. If we have any concerns, she responds extremely quickly with an outcome. The team at iThink have been incredibly kind, respectful and understanding and helped us land our dream home in such a short turnaround. Cannot recommend the team any higher!

We switched to iThink because we were looking for better communication, better processes and management of our investment but also of the wellbeing and comfort of our tenants.
