Yarraville Veterinary Clinic

Went to Yarraville Vet Centre stressed and with a sick pooch, the staff were so friendly and helpful and Dr Eric Koh went above and beyond to take care of my dog, Lily. Couldn’t recommend the team enough!

Such beautiful, understanding and patient people work here. I won’t go into the whole story but we found a kitten and they told us to bring it in straight away. They didn’t act like it was an inconvenience or anything like that (I’ve been to other places where it seems like such a hassle). I’m in need of a local vet so I will definitely bring my cat in here if he’s in need of medical care.

Highly unprofessional. They do not notify you that your appointment will be considered missed if you're 14mins late due to whatever unavoidable circumstances. Drove up 30mins from our new place in terrible traffic with our cat to an automatically cancelled appointment. No heads up, no follow up calls. Changing the vet.

Staff behind the front desk are great, full of knowledge. I felt the vet was a bit abrupt during the consultation, though.

I just moved from interstate and was hopeful for a positive experience so that this vet could become my regular- staff were friendly, and the location is convenient.Perhaps they are better suited to treating animals that aren’t greyhounds, as I know they can be a tricky breed, but unfortunately I found that the vet did not do a very thorough job when I brought my greyhound in for a checkup. He didn’t check for typical greyhound issues like corns (which my dog has had before). A few days after the appointment I noticed quite a large cyst on her tail that they did not pick up on so I took her to a different clinic, who also did a proper dental examination at the same time. Turns out she had exposed tooth roots, which I’m told would have been quite painful for her, and needed to have 3 teeth extracted.

Great , friendly and caring vet clinic. They help out rescue groups so you know they love animals.

Super quick to book in, the staff were very helpful and the appointment went smoothly with a very considerate vet. Will definitely continue be my local vet.
