My wife and I have found our forever groomer!Absolutely amazing service and Willow looked stunning when we picked her up. Willow was happy and relaxed which is something we really value. Everything was 'pawfect'. The kids loved her! Definitely worth the drive from Ainslie. We just booked again for another 6 weeks. See you again soon!

TodayCharli had her second appointment at milky paws today she was severely matted and they have done a brilliant job on her Charli is relaxed and happy she has come back to us once again a new dog. Milky paws advised me how to prevent her coat from getting matted I will be using this advice. Thank you so much for looking after Charli. We will be back in eight weeksMonica

So glad I found this little gem hidden away in the suburbs. Hazel looks gorgeous and was so relaxed. They only groom a couple of dogs a day and were really good with her. Will definitely return! Thanks guys x

My puppy Bean had his first groom at Milky paws. He came out looking so cute and fluffy, and was so calm. He seemed to be very well looked after and we had a wonderful experience so we are looking forward to continuing to go back.

Terrific grooming experience for my little Moodle. She’s had some stressful experiences before, but came bounding out of this grooming session. Even had her nails trimmed. Poncho will definitely be a regular.

My Cavoodle came home after her groom not acting like herself, she was shaking and acting like she’s in pain. I then found some cuts near her stomach and her skin was irritated from such a close shave. My poor girl :( it’s been over 24 hours and she is still shaking and acting unlike herself. She won’t be coming here again.I booked her in as our regular groomer was closed over lockdown. I thought it would be ok as I saw all the great reviews. I now know that the owner deletes the bad reviews because mine was deleted off her website!!Be careful about bringing your oodle here.

Milky Paws does an excellent job with our Poodle and Cavoodle. Especially as the cavoodle isn't a fan of getting groomed. I would highly recommend.The photo of the two dogs together is the before, the separate photos are the afters.

I had the worst experience. I’m still shocked after the way I was spoken to by the lady. My pup was quite overdue for a grooming appointment and I was apologetic about it. She refused for the service and I had bought the most expensive package. I accepted calmly when she refused to refund. She still continued being extremely rude and unprofessional. I’m just shocked that what just happened. I was feeling excited that I could take my pup to a professional groomer who’s so close to house and the name and website gave me a picture that there would be someone who is warm, professional and welcoming. You don’t have to do something super sinister to be called inhuman. That lady was a perfect example and it’s still making me feel sick. She was speaking to her client.

UpdateWe said we would be back and we were. Harvey looks great and seemed to really enjoy his visit. He was so excited when we got there to drop him off. Two indications of a great groomer. Thank you again Milky Paws.First VisitWe took our 15 month old Cavoodle to Milky Paws for the first time yesterday. He had become very matted, which the previous groomer could not remove.He looks a million dollars and seemed to really enjoy the experience.We were told he behaved well and got along with other dogs.A credit to Milky Paws, as you could clearly see they care about the dogs and took the time to make Harvey feel relaxed.We will definitely be back.
