I rang up to check they had a generic printer cartridge in stock. When I got there I was ignored for more than 5 minutes while the manager was on the phone. No one moment please or I won't be long. Then he had no generic cartridges in stock despite my;quoting the part number and asking him over the phone 20 minutes earlier. So I had to buy a genuine printer cartridge and he charged me more than Officeworks. Lousy customer service and higher prices. Never again!!!
