Never leave a bad review but this place was pretty shocking. Went in with my friend, both looking for completely different cuts (a fade vs a longer tidy up) and walked out looking like tin tin. My barber was so uninterested he was having a conversation with the guy on till while doing my back and sides, not even looking at what he was doing. Barely listened or engaged throughout and was shouting for the next before I even stood up. Can’t possibly recommend

Been there a few times but only have walked out of there satisfied only about 50% of the time. They are only good if you are after a skin fade, nothing else. I found that they tend to ignore the important details. The last time I went I wanted a low fade with texture and weight on the side, and showed an image. The guy who was cutting my hair didn’t even look ant the photo for more than 2 seconds and just started cutting a skin fade with a 0.5 clipper, completely not what I wanted and completely ignoring my request. It was as if he here’s fade and just did what he knew and wanted to do. On top of that I was charged $45 for it which is $10-$15 more expensive than other places. Additionally, they failed to tell me that they raised the prices for haircuts. Atm I’m looking for other places to go. I’m very unsatisfied.

Just had my cut done by a young trainee named Jaime (apologies for the misspelling) with only 4 months under her belt I can say I’m extremely impressed, she knows her knowledge. Every step of the way she was constantly asking questions to ensure I was getting what I wanted, on top of that she provided hilarious banter overall improving my day. Will definitely be returning for another fun experience and great service.

Been coming here for years, was delighted to enter and be sat straight in the chair of Jamie, wonderfull service and conversation will be back to see her again loved her work felt extremely fresh after a shave and a line up.

Ive been here several times, and I'm only satisfied with the haircut about half the time, they seem to do a great job one day, but then the next, a terrible cut. I don't understand why they lack consistency.Though i must say, some of their barbers are great people, friendly to interact with and are willing to have a conversation. But unfortunately, most of them are just not that great to interact with.Recently I asked for a mid fade buzz cut, and the barber said yes, but when he showed me the back it was clearly a low-fade, I asked him to bring it up, but he simply replied in an annoyed expression, are you serious" and "this is a mid-fade." I completely understand his frustration after perfecting a cut and mastering a fade

Just had a cut from Jamie, who did well for someone under training. Especially with my very thick hair. Jamie asked questions at each step to make sure I was getting what I wanted. I would happily have her cut my hair again.Also, the wait wasn’t that long for a Saturday afternoon. Always a quick and convenient cut here.

I've been going here for years, and have always had a good experience. Kay looked after my cut today and did a fantastic job! I occassionally visit other barbers as it may be convenient at the time, but my wife always complains that they did it wrong and tells me to go back to the boys at Barbers industries greenhills. Thanks guys!

Rami does a good job he makes you look 10 years younger also being going there ever since they opened and have had no issues

This is the only barber I use. Just had a great cut from Jamie whose only been at it for three months but was excellent, professional and very funny.Highly recommended
