Used Stanley&Martin to manage one of our investment properties. Very poor communication... We had to ask more than twice what was happening with the inspections that were not being performed. Only when we changed agents were we able to find out about the extremely poor state of our property. Not recommended.

Estate agent took extremely long to process my application. I waited and waited, only for it to reject it for unknown reasons. Unresponsive to email and phone calls. Unsatisfied!

Appauling service. Most disorganised, condescending property manager I have had the displeasure of encountering. Went in to speak with a manager in the hopes of having my qualms addressed to be told that unfortunately property managers have autonomy to do as they please. Harassed and belittled for issues that were caused by disorganisation on the part of Stanley and Martin staff. Would recommend you go anywhere else.
