I started my guitar lessons with Tom about 8 months now as an adult beginner with no music background. My experience with Tom has been amazing since day one. Tom is really professional and incredibly knowledgeable. I love the course structure, and the notes are really clear & easy to understand. I don’t have to take notes during the lesson. Tom uploaded detailed notes & feedback after each lesson onto my student portal. I can access all the materials online anytime. The Studio is nicely set up and easy to get to, with plenty of parking. I hope to continue learning from Tom for many more years to come.If you are looking for a guitar teacher. I highly recommend Tom.

Learning to play a musical instrument had always been one of my new year resolution. But I had never got around to it. One day that changed.So I thought why not learn from someone who performs in gigs AND has a music degree.Learning the ukulele turned out to be the greatest investment of the year! The remote learning is such a great concept. I’m in the comfort of my own home and Tom’s set up with the lighting, additional camera and sound is just flawless - it’s just like being in the same room! I have gone from learning with Tom in Sydney, to Cairns, to now Singapore.The course has a great mix of theory, practical (of course!) , classic songs and the new pop ones. It’s great and I always look forward to the classes!Now, when I go on holidays (eg scuba diving in secluded areas) or when I have friends over, I have my ukulele next to me. It really fun! You should try it too, you ll enjoy the classes!

I recently joined Studios FiftyOne as a complete beginner, with no instrumental experience whatsoever and I'm so glad I took the leap!I booked in with Tom who was fabulous.The lessons are well structured with modules to cover throughout the lesson, as well as take-home notes. Tom and I are currently doing them over zoom due to NSW lockdowns and it's still just as effective as face-to-face. The booking system is also really easy to navigate which is a huge bonus!It's clear that Tom's really passionate about music, educating others and his business - it translates into an energetic, fun and informative experience!

Tom and Jordan are fantastic guitar teachers! They make learning music fun and provide detailed feedback to ensure you improve week by week. I have been taking lessons for less than a year and have gone from complete beginner to actually being able to play songs - how good :) Couldn't recommend this place enough!!!
