My husband and I went into The Good Guys Oxley to buy a freestanding stove and matching range hood. While the customer service on the day was good the rest of the experience was absolutely terrible. We were promised that the stove and range hood will be delivered mid November. Based on this promise we went ahead and bought the two things. We made it very clear to the sales person that we will need both items by the promised date as tradies for the kitchen renovation had already been organised. Otherwise we would have gone with something that was in stock then. Apparently the range hood was already in stock when we made the purchase. However, we are still waiting for it to arrive and no one is able to give us an estimated arrival date. I spoke to several different people in store trying to chase up the order. It is very clear to me that no one cares. Just then I was cut off in the middle of the sentence and being put on hold. I was also promised to receive calls to update me on the delivery status. I never got any calls. I haven't even received an apology for the stuff up. All I get to hear is that these things happen all the time. In the meantime, we have to pay the tradies to come back install the range hood and cabinets that go around it. I will never buy anything at this store again.

Staffs were attentive and helpful. Heaps of appliances here compare to the other good guys store I went.

Fair price but bad premium delivery. We order a front load washing machine with premium delivery. We suffered huge vibration during the first wash and realized the transit bolts are not removed. I would really consider next time if 85$ is valuable.

Very rude staff. I was trying to negotiate the price. As soon as I offer the price, the salesman said that's it." then turned his back and waled away. I was not even offering the price twice.Is it because I am an asian customer? or it is common practice to look down customers?I can see few comments where customers with foreign name complaining about being treated in a rude manner.Well. good job oxley good guys. I really hope that the manager to have a look these complaints."

Bad customer service with absolute no care for customer. Bought TV from them and delivery company was horrendous. Promised twice for delivery and never showed up without any notice. Called 4 time to goodguys oxley got lucky once to talk to someone and all i heard was we will try to reach them basically attitude was “i dont care “. Next day dropped in the store and respectfully asked for refund which was given without even any care or even appetite of investigation what happened. Again attitude was “we dont care whatever” . I believe this is because they are busy due to location. I request to discourage these people and businesses.

Nice store with okey prices. Some employees are so welcoming and helpful. The rest are just nice.

The Good Guys, Oxley and LG provided outstanding service and support when our fridge/freezer died. The Concierge Gold Extras product was so worth the small price, as we needed a like4like replacement, as it couldn’t be repaired. Thank you Oxley our new fridge is here and so happy.

Such a nice customer service for Sharla and Donal. I paid the invoice with a credit card instead of my gift card. Sharla was helping me to process refund and re-charge patiently for around 30mins. I am really appreciate!

Salesman was great. Patient. My partner was worried about the size....of course I wanted larger than what we were replacing. I asked for a 65 partner preferred 55 he asked size of room and backed me up that it was not too big for the room. After a bit of too and fro my partner agrees. Technically too large for the Suby but we risk it laid down NOT the recommended standing up transport. Wasn't far and good road.Get it home ........1stly tv no cracks and safely transported. WHEW!But the curve ball.Too big for tv table.Not the point my partner was making but still counted as a win for her! lolBut, a happy ending!Sorted out table and now we have a new tv in a new spot.All staff from the sales guy over to the girl at the checkout then out to old mate in the warehouse. Each had to exert a good amount of patience with both of us today and they were awesome having to deal with us 2 twits.
