Betta Wardrobes were extremely helpful. They have a great range and their service was fast and friendly. I love my new ensuite bathroom,, shower sliding door. Highly recommend it as its space saving as well.

Worst customer service and products.Last December (2020) I had 3 custom wardrobes installed by Betta Wardrobes. During lockdown in Sydney I noticed that one of the wardrobes the paint had started to bubble. I did not use any chemicals on the wardrobe, nor is the room hot. Note, this was only one one door, not the whole wardrobe.I contacted Betta Wardrobes and was sent a dismissive email by one of the Sales people. I emailed again and never heard back so I contacted NSW Fair Trading. Once again Betta Wardrobes were dismissive and said that I had either used chemicals on the wardrobe or that the room was hot. It's not a sauna, so no the room is not hot. Plus, it's only on one door.I chose Betta Wardrobes as I thought they were a large reputable company. However, they are just the worst. Rude, dismissive and produce junk. IKEA would be better.

Great service, the quote was accurate and detailed. William was really helpful with ideas for the use and the space. the installation was excellent. Cannot fault. We had a large residential job, that we had had quoted and confirmed by another supplier but we couldn't establish communication from them, Betta stepped in to get our timeline back on track! So grateful for a busy family on the move!

I had my built in wardrobe internals redone through Betta Wardrobes and they helped me redesign this with a more functional design to utilise the small space, which gave me more space than my original insert! The installation was seamless and professionally done and all correspondence from start to finish was great. I'm happy with my new look wardrobe and would recommend Betta Wardrobes.

Fantastic experience from the quote to installation. My wardrobes are exactly what I wanted and great quality and value for money. The guys that did the installation were great and so careful in my home with taking away of the old wardrobe as the angles of coming in and out of my front door you could easily hit walls and cause damage.I would definitely recommend Betta and will be using them again in the future.

Appalling after sales experience. Having spent over $5k, doors bowed within weeks of installation. Called Betta, woman said it was because we did not paint them immediately and therefore we were at fault and no warranty applied. What?!. Many phone calls and emails, and several weeks later, I found an email from salesperson who quoted the job, saying the primer coat they came with looked so good we wouldn’t need to paint. Once I sent this to Betta they sent someone who fixed it in 5 minutes by tightening a metal spine at the back. Completely unrelated to painting then (as if that wasn’t obvious). Just a complete quack working the customer service desk?!

We had two sliding shower screens installed with Betta, and the first one fell off. They replaced it months later, but this one has been loose and not fixed, and despite attempts to have this one repaired/replaced, or refunded if they cannot install a safe shower screen. We haven't been able to use this shower since last year. We have ended up nowhere with Betta, at Waverley so we have lodged application with the NSW fair trading.

We got wardrobes done and replacement of shower screens. Very professional people from Betta. The quote was well explained; we had to change our specifications; that was accommodated with a new quote. The installation process was smooth. Very happy with the work
