Port Kembla Hospital Dental Clinic

PARKING! Really? Where? Turn up for a 8.30am appointment for my 2yr old for O.T.Street parking ZERO.Front entrance ZERO.Car park behind hospital ZERO.Bottom car park ZERO.Where is PATIENT PARKING?Call the complaints department, NO-ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE! If no-one is working and answering the phone, why are the car parks FULL!I was advised by one of the security guards with a smart attitude to park at BUNNINGS! Meanwhile a member of the Executive staff was supervising ANOTHER disabled park being assigned. There were already 8 disabled parks still empty. This executive lady stated I wouldn't be a nice person if I occupied one of them for 30mins! Meanwhile she was on her mobile phone texting or on facebook....not doing WORK RELATED DUTIES.Question: where is patient parking? with minimal services being offered anyway....why is the car park FULL?RATING IS BELOW 1 STAR

Very disappointing one doctor for three Public Hospitals on the June long weekend 11/6/2018. My father waited over six hours for pain relief in palliative care. It was traumatising for him and the family. Shame on you Palliative Care.

with having a brain tumor removed i suffered a stroke when i arrived at port kembla rehab not very well .I couldn't even go to the bathroom my self i really was low but with the nurses who looked after me help i wasnt like that for long they were so caring and helpful nothing was too much trouble .When I rang the buzzer for what seemed to be the hundredth time they still came in with a smile. Their attitude was always bright and cheerful always positive and you didn't even realise that they pushing you to do things for yourself so 4weeks after I got there i walked out of there to come home without the help from these kind hearted and caring people who go above and beyond im sure I would still that person who couldn't go to the bathroom by myself thank you to all of you I could have done it without you

My mother was here in the palliative care section of the hospital where she died in January 2020.The empathy and genuine care they provided made this extremely difficult situation much easier to deal with. The hospital looked 3rd world, but the staff were the best I could have hoped for. Thanks so much!

My husband needed palliative care at home and the staff were all compassionate and wonderful, even coming out late at night when needed

Great pain management program/specialists and good indoor pool for physical rehab programs with well trained staff

We have been at Port Kembla Hospital for the past year awaiting renovations at our place, so we can take our son Brandon home. I am so grateful for the staff on second floor rehabilitation. They have become part of our family. They look after Brandon when we are not around. I couldn't ask for anything else. They are understanding, patient and loving staff.
